When does my Kings Restaurant order ship?
Daily cutoff time for placing orders with Kings Restaurant is 3PM Eastern Time. Orders placed before 3PM Eastern Time are shipped the same day. Orders placed AFTER 3PM on Wednesday are held until the following Monday.
- 2-day shipments placed after 3pm on Wednesday will be held until the following Monday.
- Overnight shipments placed after 3pm on Thursday will be held until the following Monday to ship.
- For Saturday Delivery options please call us so we can handle personally.

All food is shipped 2-day or overnight in sealed containers, packed in a Styrofoam cooler filled with frozen gel packs to ensure freshness.
How are your shipping rates determined?
Kings Restaurant shipping costs are based on total package weight + destination and are calculated when the order is placed. Orders are shipped via FedEx.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, at this time Kings Restaurant can only ship within the continental US.

How many people will a pound of Kings BBQ feed?
It will feed 3 adults – but only if you’re willing to share!
What is the smallest amount of BBQ you will ship?
Kings Restaurant can accommodate orders as small as 1 pound.
How do I heat the BBQ once I receive it?
You have three options for heating your Kings Restaurant BBQ.
- Microwave – spread the BBQ in a shallow bowl and allow 1-2 minutes per pint.
- Stove top – place BBQ in a heavy skillet, use low heat and stir frequently.
- Oven – place BBQ in a covered container and use low heat.
How long do Oink Express products stay fresh?
Once they arrive, refrigerated Oink Express products remain fresh for up to four days.
What is your return policy?
At Kings Restaurant, we’ve got one policy – leave our customers smiling. If your order wasn’t delivered because of a FedEx error, we’ll resend it. If the contents were warm or damaged when your order arrived, you can choose a refund or we’ll reship it.
That said, Kings Restaurant is not responsible for human error – a bad address, no one was home, the dog ate it…we can’t help you there. But if you decide what you ordered just wasn’t your cup of tea, we offer a full refund. We aim to please!
Can I add a gift note to an order?
Yes, you can add one in the Delivery Notes section when ordering online or request one when your order by phone.
