We’ve got one policy – leave our customers smiling. If your order wasn’t delivered because of a FedEx error, we’ll resend it. If the contents were warm or damaged when your order arrived, you can choose a refund or we’ll reship it.
That said, King’s is not responsible for human error – a bad address, no one was home, the dog ate it…we can’t help you there. But if you decide what you ordered just wasn’t your cup of tea, we offer a full refund. We aim to please!
