REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CAROLINA OINK EXPRESS FOODS

Welcome to the wonderful world of Eastern North Carolina Food!


Your OINK Express package should arrive with its contents at under 50 ° F. The contents should be frozen or refrigerated immediately depending upon when you plan to consume the food products. All OINK Express Foods should be defrosted under refrigeration to 45-50 ° F before heating. Remember -- the food is fully cooked and needs to be heated only enough for serving. Overheating or further cooking will cause the food to become dry and will adversely affect the taste. Try not to allow the food to exceed 150 ° F during heating.
