Place Fish Fillets (Skin side down) in an aluminum tin with very small holes in the bottom. *Spanish mackerel is best but Fresh Blue Fish or Small Flounder will do fine. Liberally pour melted butter over fillet. Shake about 2 ounces of Kings Delight from shaker bottle. Place on charcoal grill. When about half done, baste and butter and shake Kings Delight on again. Cooking time will vary depending upon thickness of fillet but 5-8 minutes on average. (If you like onion, place 2 thin slices on top of fillet before butter and Kings Delight).
